SHIPPING METHODS
In GREECE
Shipping and cash on delivery costs are free for purchases over 30 euros for all of Greece! Otherwise the shipping cost is 3.50 euros for all of Greece.
The jewelry is sent through the companies Speedex Courier or ELTA Courier. Orders are placed within 1 working day, on land destinations within 1-2 working days, on islands within 1-3 working days and in inaccessible areas within 1-5 working days.
In Cyprus and other European countries.
The shipment of jewelry from Greece to Cyprus and in other European countries it is done through ELTA (Hellinic Post Office) with express delivery and tracking number.
For the transfer service the delivery time ranges from 5 to 8 working days from the departure of the parcel.
All orders are shipped with shipping costs € 7.50.
RETURNS
If you want you can return the products you bought within fourteen (14) working days from the date you receive them. Please note, however, that returns are only accepted if:
• Contact the Customer Service Department at 26950-24720 or send us an email at info@bluejewels.gr.
• The product has not been worn beyond the test.
• No intervention has been made on the product.
• All product accessories such as the box, bag and proof of purchase are returned, as all of the above are part of the product.
• Shipping costs in case of change or return of a product are borne by the customer.
All returns must be requested before sending your products back to us for easy identification and timely processing. Unrecognized returns will be returned to the sender.
In case of return of the products, you can either replace any product of the order with another product, or credit the balance in your account for the next purchase, or your money will be refunded within fourteen (14) days. In order for the request for a refund to be accepted, you must have the proof of purchase, as well as the same name in which the order was placed in the bank account that you indicate to us as the name of the beneficiary.
