SHIPPING METHODS
In Greece
Shipping and cash on delivery costs are free for purchases over 50 euros for all of Greece! Otherwise, the shipping cost is 4.00 euros plus 2.00 euros the cost of cash on delivery for the whole of Greece. The jewelry is sent only through the companies ELTA COURRIER (DOOR-TO-DOOR), SPEEDEX COURRIER. Orders are placed within 2 working days, with delivery time to mainland destinations within 1-2 working days, to islands within 1-3 working days and to hard-to-reach areas within 1-5 working days.
In Cyprus
The jewelry is sent from Greece to Cyprus through the HELLINIC POST OFFICE, with express delivery and tracking number. For the sea transport service, the delivery time ranges from 5 to 7 working days from the departure of the vessel for Cyprus. All orders are sent with shipping costs of €8.
In the rest of European countries and U.K.
The jewelry is sent from Greece to the rest of the European countries and to England through the HELLINIC POST OFFICE, with express delivery and tracking number. The delivery time ranges from 5 to 8 working days from the departure of the product. All orders are sent with shipping costs of €8.
To the Rest of the World
The jewelry is shipped from Greece to countries outside the European Union through the HELLINIC POST OFFICE, with express delivery and tracking number. The delivery time ranges from 5 to 10 working days from the departure of the product. All orders are sent with shipping costs of €10.
REFUNDS
If you want, you can return the products you buy within fourteen (14) working days from the date you receive them. But please note that returns are only accepted if:
• Contact the Customer Service Department at 26950-24720 or send us an email at info@bluejewels.gr.
• The product has not been worn further than the test.
• There has been no intervention of any kind on the product.
• All product accessories such as the box, bag and proof of purchase are returned, as all of the above are part of the product.
• Shipping costs in the case of changing or returning a product are borne by the customer. All returns must be requested prior to sending your products back to us to allow for easy identification and timely processing. Unacknowledged returns will be returned to sender. In case of return of the products, you can either replace any product of the order with another product, or credit your account with the balance for the next purchase, or get your money back within fourteen (14) days. In order for the request for a refund to be accepted, you must have the proof of purchase, as well as the bank account that you indicate to us must have the same name as the beneficiary in which the order was made.
