SHIPPING METHODS
In GREECE
Shipping and cash on delivery costs are free for purchases over 30 euros for all of Greece! Otherwise the shipping cost is 3.50 euros plus 2.00 euros the cash on delivery cost for all of Greece.
The jewelry is sent only through the company ..... Orders are placed within 1 working day, on land destinations within 1-2 working days, on the islands within 1-3 working days and in inaccessible areas within 1-5 working days .
In Cyprus
The shipment of jewelry from Greece to Cyprus is done through .......
For the maritime transport service the delivery time ranges from 5 to 7 working days from the departure of the vessel for Cyprus. Departure is once or twice a week.
All orders are shipped with shipping costs 8 € while there is an extra charge of 2.80 € in case of cash on delivery.
RETURNS
If you want you can return the products you bought within fourteen (14) working days from the date you receive them. Please note, however, that returns are only accepted if:
• Contact the Customer Service Department at 26950-24720 or send us an email at info @ .................
• The product has not been worn beyond the test.
• No intervention has been made on the product.
• All product accessories such as the box, bag and proof of purchase are returned, as all of the above are part of the product.
• Shipping costs in case of change or return of a product are borne by the customer.
All returns must be requested before sending your products back to us for easy identification and timely processing. Unrecognized returns will be returned to the sender.
In case of return of the products, you can either replace any product of the order with another product, or credit the balance in your account for the next purchase, or your money will be refunded within fourteen (14) days. In order for the request for a refund to be accepted, you must have the proof of purchase, as well as in the bank account that you will indicate to us, the name of the beneficiary must have the same name in which the order was placed.
Note: Money purchased during the discount period is non-refundable. However, you can replace them with any other product that is immediately available.
